This page provides a non-binding English summary of the fishRadar Terms of Service. The binding text is the Polish version at fishradar.pl/strona/regulamin.

Service

fishRadar provides a fishing map, catch journal, community features and AI fishing assistant for users in Poland.

Account

You must register to use personalised features. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Community and user-generated content

You may post messages in public channels, groups and direct messages.
You retain ownership of your content but grant fishRadar a licence to display it within the service.
You must not post unlawful content, spam, harassment, threats, third-party personal data without consent, or content infringing third-party rights.
fishRadar may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for abuse.
On account deletion, your public posts are anonymised; private messages are deleted.

Subscriptions and payments

PRO subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policy is subject to applicable consumer law.
